Trans Am Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Matt returned to the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli at the Brickyard where he piloted the No. 51 3DBioCAD/XTCERA/Howe Racing HR6 in the GT class!

This was Matt’s first time driving the Howe HR6, as well as his first time at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The team had some mechanical issues during the practice sessions, but quickly got these addressed prior qualifying. Matt put the No. 51 3DBioCAD/XTCERA/Howe Racing HR6 on Pole for the GT class for Sunday’s 100 mile race!

Matt and his teammate had some great battles for the lead during the race until a shifter linkage broke, forcing him to pit. The crew quickly repaired the shifter linkage and got Matthew back out on track where he managed to bring home a P3 podium finish!
